The Union bar Vashi

I visited The Union bar on a Wednesday night.

First of all,
What an entry! Amazingly decorated.
As I entered, I could see "may contain nuts" band playing which was great.
They kept the atmosphere lit throughout the night.

I was WOWstruck by the beautiful ambience.
The place is very very spacious.
There's a bar counter as well.

The lights are perfect.
This place is good for both a family outing or date nights.
There is a beer pong table as well , you and your group can enjoy your night.

The staff I must say is well trained.
They are really helpful and always have a smiling face.

I tried a lot of things.

1. Green apple walnut cranberry salad. 4.5/5
The salad was refreshing , colourful and very unique.

2. Minestrone Genovese chicken soup 4.5/5
This soup is very different from those you taste at a regular basis.
There was chicken, the soup broth was totally loaded with flavours.

3. Nibblers
Peri peri peanuts 4.5/5
Channa zor garam 4.5/5
Khichiya masala papad 4.5/5
All three of them were refreshing in taste and definitely best nibblers as compared to other places.

4. Jodhpuri stuffed chilli poppers with mayo dip 4.5/5.
Jodhpuri chillies stuffed with loads of cheese and fried. With spicy mayo dip.
A must try!

5. Desi tacos 4.5/5
Made with a thepla base. You can bite a chunk at once without having to pull the taco.
Yes such miracles exist!!

6. Indiana cottage cheese skewers. 4/5
Great presentation. For taste they were really really likable.

7. Paneer kurchan 4.5/5
Extremely well made. I have tried kurchan paneer at many restaurants before but this was the best.

8. Sri Lankan veg curry 4/5
It's a perfect blend of tanginess and subtle flavours.
Comes with steamed rice
Good dish!!

7. Chikki and kulfi sundae. 5/5
A perfect bowl of richness. It was so colourful. Presented beautifully. Tasted heavenly.
