Plum by bent chair

So I visited PLUM  by bent chair.
The ambience is LIT AF.
The pillars are adorned with horses and the ceiling with beautiful creepers and lights.
The crockery too is trendy.

Talking about their staff , they are really nice.
They gave me the seats I asked for inspite of the restaurant being packed.
So Avinash was tending to my orders and he was really helpful with his suggestions.
Same with Zaiyn, he made sure to reach out to every table and ask them about the food , if anything was fine or not.

So I tried. :

Classic hot and sour soup : 4/5
A perfect blend of tofu, tangy and spicy soy broth , carrots. Really great to start with.

Cumcumber quinoa avocado salad : 4/5
Tossed in vinaigrette.  It was healthy and tasty. It was on the sweet and refreshing side.

Pan seared chicken goyza dimsum. 3.5/5

Tempura asparagus sushi : 4/5
Sushi is better than most places I have had sushi at.
I really enjoyed it.

Plum passion cocktail : 4.5/5
Orange blossom mocktail : 4.5/5
Red wine sangria : 4.5/5

Small plate - 3.5/5
chicken Beijing.

Large plate - 4/5
mangolian chicken + spicy fried rice

The mangolian chicken was on the sweeter side and the spicy fried rice were a perfect partner.
The rice alone were very flavoured. Same with the chicken. The chicken was so soft and tender.

Desserts :
Citrus cheesecake 4.5/5
This is a must try! Presented beautifully. Cheesecake was really tasty. I love the fact that it was a balanced on sweetness. They let the fruits add sweetness to the dish.
Tasty bhi healthy bhi !!

Overall :
Ambience : 5/5
Food : 4.5/5
Staff : 4.5/5
Service time : 4.5/5
