angrezi dhaba kharghar

I visited Angrezi dhaba yesterday.
It is near Kharghar Railway station.

The ambience is amazing! It gives a feel of a dhaba.
There is a section with the swings. Pretty cool!
The walls are adorned with various traditional musical instruments, posters of some retro movies and walls even show small windows , as though we were in a house. Truly dhaba feels.

Talking about their menu , they have a very huge menu which covers the traditional dishes as well as the dished curated by their chefs.
I literally took a lot of time to decide because the variety is enormous.

Chicken manchow soup 4/5
I always try this soup because I personally prefer it. The soup was brought piping hot.
Great to taste!!

Crispy fried lotus stem salt and pepper 4.5/5
So the presentation was great. It came on a small cart.
The lotus stems were really crispy. The veggies were appropriately tossed in salt and pepper.
The whole dish was an amazing delight. I would suggest you to surely try this here.

Junglee chicken skewers 4.5/5
This is a  must try dish here.
The chicken was very very tender and just melted in my mouth.
It was marinated with mint , lime , chillies, coriander.
Very well presented.
Comes with  spicy indonesian chilli sambal and papad kurchan

Chicken wanton nachos. 4/5
So I asked for tasting portion of this dish.
The dish had a bed schzuan sauce upon which rested chicken kheema.
It was topped with cheese and surrounded by nachos and baked .
I really loved the chicken base.

Tandoori tacos 4.5/5
I asked for a tasting portion of 2.
It was taco shells filled with chicken tikka. Chicken was very tender. veggies were on point.
This dish is an amazing twist to the tacos.

Mains:
Palak Paneer mac and cheese + Garlic naan 4.5/5

I found this dish very unique. At fist I was hesitant to order it and when I tasted it I couldn't stop eating it.
There is the taste of palak paneer and macaroni and a lot of cheese.
The paneer was soft. The gravy was apt, the spices were all there, the flavours were amazing.

Desserts :

Chocolate golgappe with basundi shot 4.5/5
THIS IS A MUST FOR ALL CHOCOLATE LOVERS!
The puri is made so thick , it chocolate literally explodes in your mouth.
The basundi is more on the milder side to balance the sweetness.
This dessert is really worth a shot !!

Virgin mojito 4/5
virgin margarita 4/5

Overall
