Wok express

I visited wok express in seawoods grand central.
It's in the food court.
First of all. Great staff. Extremely polite and humble. Really I was too impressed by the people there. Thank you.

I tried :

Tofu ramen soup chicken : 4.5/5
This is a must for ramen lovers.
There were mushrooms , tofu , noodles in white noodle broth. Extremely great on palate and had an amazing flavour to it.
The chicken was fresh and tasty.
PS - difficult to have soup with a wooden spoon.

Aromatic chicken dumplings in schezuan sauce : 4.5/5
Amazing presentation. The dumplings were well presented and they sat on a base of schezuan sauce and bread crumbs. Extremely good to taste.
The dumplings alone were great. And the sauce as well.

Paneer chilli bao 4.5/5
So the bao buns were extremely extremely soft and tender. The filling was great. Together an amazing dish.

Burnt garlic rice 4.5/5 with
beijing chicken gravy 4/5
So I tried these together .
The rice alone were very flavorsome.
Well cooked and had loads of chicken and eggs.
Beijing chicken gravy was also great to taste.

PS - I request to keep the chicken piece size small so as to facilitate easy cutting with the wooden cutlery.

Flat noodles +  broccoli +Bean sprouts+ Zucchini
+ Pak choy + Pepper mix +Spring onion

Protien : Paneer
Sauce : black bean
Seasoning = fried onion, fresh cilantro, Chilli flakes

here, the noodles are wok tossed
And not gravy sitting on a bed or rice.
Well I needed a bit more flavour in the sauce.

Drinks :

Mango basil : 3.5/5
Minty Mojito : 3.5/5
Lemon iced tea : 4/5

Overall visit was extremely comfortable.
I really liked most of their dishes.
The prices are very pocket friendly and quantity is great.
Staff : 4.5/5
Food : 4/5
Service time : good.
Value for money? Hell yes.
Would I visit again? Yes yes yes.
