The Joker Bistro Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato



I was basically invited to the joker bistro.
At first I was super excited about their ambience.
This "joker" themed bistro was LIT.

The entry is made classy.
With amazing lights though they are dim  they add on to the ambience.
As we enter there is a famous quote by Heath embedded in the entry walk






The ambience inside is quite comfortable.
There are various joker quotes painted on the walls
Amazing photos of Heath Ledger from his legendary role of the JOKER.
We certainly do admire batman but as we  grow up we realize that Joker made more sense..
Since the IPL Season is on, they have live screening .
Their live screening screen is HUGE. LITERALLY HUGE.
They have a projecting screen and a huge TV as well.
There are two sections with comfortable seating , there is a pretty big bar counter.
Talking about the music, I have visited many places in most places the music is a turn OFF
but here, the playlist kept us all in the mood. Ek se badhkar ek gaane!



























Starters :


SOUP : 

1. Tomato basil soup.
We all liked this soup. The flavours were good. The thickness was spot on.
We could taste a tad bit of basil which added elegance to the soup.

2. Seafood soup

Now, this was the first time I tried something like this. Thankgod I tried it from the Joker Bistro, 
it was yum. Seafood lovers - a must try soup for you.








VEG appetizers : 

1. Paneer chilly.

It was presented to us in a small kadhai.
The quantity was very good.
The flavours were all there.
Loved the texture of this dish.
Cottage cheese was soft.




























2. Pepper and chilli cheese toast

The presentation was elegant.
The cheese toast were cut in small triangles.
Yes it was good to taste . They managed to make it cheesy.
The sauces added a perfect moist to the dish
Otherwise on its own the toast was a bit dry.





3. Achaari Paneer tikka

The cottage cheese had lot of flavour to it. A little bit of crunch present on the corner of the paneer squares added a smoky tinge.
I believe the cottage cheese could have been a more soft on the inside.






4. Peri peri fries

Presented in a cute bucket.
Well made fries. Seasoned with loads of peri peri.
Who has not liked fries you tell me?
Ofcourse it was a good dish!



NON VEG  Appetizers


1. CHICKEN CHEESY FRIES

This dish was fries loaded with cheese , LOTS OF CHEESE
loaded with chicken - LOTS OF CHICKEN
It was HEAVENLY.
CHICKEN LOVERS can feel me!


2.  Golden fried prawns and Fish tikka ( ravaas)

I personally am not a seafood lover but I can definitely tell you that you must try these.





MAINS


1. Mac and cheese pizza

This is one of the most famous dish here.
Since I am a fan of thin crust pizzas, I liked the crust.
The mac and cheese were very tasty and going well the pizza sauce.
Do try this dish!



2. Chicken Tikka pizza

Again, this was a thin crusted pizza.
loaded with cheese.
Chicken tikka was well cooked.
I just felt it was a bit dry.
Overall a good dish.




3. Chicken Schezwan Noodles

 This dish was presented in a small kadhai.
It looked yum!
taste wise , I would say it was a bit bland.
Also, the chicken wasn't going much with the way it was tasting.
Again, This is definitely something that can be worked upon.




4. Murgh Biryaani 

This dish was presented in a small earthen pot. 
It looked amazing!
The flavours were a bit lacking for me since I am a die-hard biryaani lover.
I felt the chicken was a bit overcooked.
The rice were good to taste but were  missing the onion masala.
The raita was extremely Fresh!

All the mocktails were really well made. 
order any of these and you will be satisfied.

3. Winter's call


All the cocktails were very well made. It was better than most places I have tried them  at.
A must try here is 
WINTER'S CALL -  This Scotch- whiskey combo will steal your hearts.
ACHAARI WHISKEY - Something unique with an achaari flavour to the whiskey along with keeping the essence of whiskey.


So overall , we had a lot of fun on the table, the crowd was LIT.
The music was good, there was definitely MAGIC, and a whole lot of stories to take away.

I visited Angrezi dhaba yesterday. It is near Kharghar Railway station. The ambience is amazing! It gives a feel of a dhaba. There is a section with the swings. Pretty cool! The walls are adorned with various traditional musical instruments, posters of some retro movies and walls even show small windows , as though we were in a house. Truly dhaba feels. Talking about their menu , they have a very huge menu which covers the traditional dishes as well as the dished curated by their chefs. Mahesh Lunch Home - Vashi

I recently visited Mahesh Lunch Home - Vashi. Though Its a place for SEAFOOD , They serve excellent chicken as well !! I basically tried a lot of chicken here. . . . Starting with ambience :  . . Totally amazing ! lots of tables! Huge place! You could literally find yourself a cozy spot to sit , facing the window ! This place is well suited for families, corporate events, dates.. . . . Jade buddha

I visited Jade Buddha in CBD , Belapur. The ambience is great. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The bar counter is simply LIT! It is divided into two sections, most families prefer to sit down. The one above is extremely good for  get together etc   Talking about Food : . . 1. Devilled chicken : 3.5/5 Tender chicken deep fried with curry leaves. The chicken was really very well cooked. Sauces were provided separately. Altough  I would love if the chicken was sauteed in the sauces and that the curry leaves not be fried with the chicken. . . 2.
